the catchy part goes na na na, na na nana na, na na na, na na nana na. it has sort of a latin vibe to it and a female singer. its an early 2000's pop song and is often played on the radio. i thought it was either gwen stefani or jennifer lopez at first but both are wrong. it is not rich girl. i would say the background music is similar to "low rider" by war in a way. its a common song that everyone has heard, i just cant find the name of it.
