Is my milk running dry?

My son is 8 weeks old. Today I noticed that he was extremely fussy and acted hungry a lot more, but when I was feeding him, he seemed like he was mostly just sucking like a pacifier and didn't seem like he was swallowing much. I have been eating normal and drinking plenty of fluids, so there isn't much reason why I would be running dry, but it's making me nervous. I feed solely except for one bottle right before bed. When I squeeze, I notice milk coming out, but I have to squeeze higher up for it to come out, it doesn't come out when I squeeze just the nipple like he would. I really don't want to stop feeding since he is so young, but I don't want him going hungry. I just don't know if he is eating enough. He is still wetting his diaper and pooping normal, but it just doesn't seem like he is getting milk. Has anybody dealt with this? Any suggestions?
