I still need an answer iwant to know of low income housing but iwant2buy it?

i need 2 know if theres any help4the ones who don't go 2 school and have kids in school i want to give my time 2 them and maybe after i will further my education theres plenty of time 4 me i just want a decsent home 2 raise them in and actually there might not be 4 me time that is i have heard of buying homes with low payments and if the gov.gives a one time grant i want for them a place2 call home so if any1 knows of one please let me and my kids know
