I cant take it what do i do she screems????????

hi my names ariel i have a pet atiel and every morning she screems and flaps her wing at about 6:00 am thats when im sleeping . i think its because she wants food and water but also maybe because shes trying 2 communicate with other birds outside. after ive given her food she runs around the cage like shes scouting the area is this NORMAL?
