I know it sounds simple, Eat less. Many people look for diets, but they rarely work. If you want real lasting results you should try to eat less food, even if it is the same type of food. This way you shouldn't get cravings for the food that you are missing, because you won't be missing that food. I also recommend taking up a martial art. They focus on fitness and flexibility and most clubs will allow you to begin at your own pace.
