Help, I can't figure him out at all ??!?

Well, its hard to tell, we as humans are all designed differently. But if i was to make an inference i would say don't over stress yourself. He might have a crush on you, or maybe he is just very friendly and has an out going personality. If you feel uncomfortable about his actions around you, make him understand you clearly, when you inform him about how you feel. By reading the description you wrote you don't seem to have any sort of feelings for him. Give him hints saying you aren't interested if your shy about confrontation. But when if you do decide to engage in a confrontation please remember to be considerate after all, you work with him in all your cles. I hope this helps, take it easy.
