Depends, Its at a young age. Does your friend realize that they are about to get married and won't be able to go out with other people for the rest of your life? you are going to be stuck with just one person without having a chance to try what else is out there. Unless he/she knows that and they don't mind then its ok. I have known couples from high school who are happy with each other but it's a tough call.
