You might have to go cold turkey. Danny T also gave some good advice, get the real thing. You can probably stop watching but it's highly unlikely you'll stop masturbating so try masturbating without watching and maybe that'll help break the habit. When you combine the two it becomes an obsessive compulsion and it's very difficult to stop.
